Im on a diet,I eat like 1 small meal a day,And workout alot,Will i lose weight?

Yes, but be sure that all the vitamins you need are contained in that one diet otherwise you could suffer from malnutrition.

Oh yes, and the weight you lose will be muscle and not fat. Your skin will sag also. The best way to lose weight and be healthy is to follow a well balanced diet and to exercise.
It is recommended that you see your physician for a check up prior to starting any diet. There are many places you can go to find the right diet for you.
I don't know your height, weight, or age and that all comes into play as to the recommended amount of calories needed. But the usual amount of calories your brain alone needs daily to function properly is 900 calories. It is also recommended that to lose weight to limit your fats to between 25-30% of your daily intake.
Also trying to eat the way you suggest will cause you to gain back more than what you now weigh in the long run. So be sensible and follow a program for your specific needs.

Try eating more than one meal a day. Like micro (less calorie) meals. Otherwise you might get hungry later and over do it. If you are working out a lot, you should be able to eat more than one meal. Do a search on low calorie foods online and plan your meals. Good luck!

Yep, you will lose weight, get dehydrated, and have electrolyte imbalances...really sick, it could lead to shock. When you work out A LOT, you should eat 6 SMALL meals max, otherwise, where would you get the energy. Drink lots of water, too.

If you are on diet you should consume the food which contain less calories and fats.You should also eat fruits which are rich in vitamins.Take lemon water with honey to become slim.What you are doing is also right but my words means a lot.

Just stick to your three meals a day.
Since you work out you'll lose weight and can also remain healthy.

One meal a day isn't good. If you really want to stick with one meal, then drink 2 whey protein shakes (e.g. Muscle Milk, etc.) for the other two meals.

you'll get sick as well, rather eat say 5 times a day, but very small portions. it will help your metabolism spead up as well. don't starve yourself.

o yeah, drink lots of water too.
