First of all ther is not reason for you to take you life for anything. Nothing is so bad you have to kill yourself for. Being alive enables you to change what you want in your life. If you are dead then there will only be regret and wondering how life would of been like. Just hang in there. It is evident you need to seek help and the first step is admitting it which you have and now then next step is to get up and go find a doctor. There are many groups you can join but you have to go find them. Sitting at home wollowing is not goin gto help you. Help does not always find you but you can alwasy find it. Maybe a good walk will help but it will not solve your issues. Please find a doctor you can talk to. Buck up mate and have a great day!

depression is horrible, but it's not your fault. lots of people go through it at some time in their lives, and it doesn't last forever although it can feel like it. a friend who has a family history of depression explained that it's just a sickness like any other, and you don't need to be ashamed of treating it any more than you should be ashamed of getting medicine for flu.

a specialist psychiatrist might be better than a gp. they might also give you pills, but at least they'll be able to talk you through it more, and the pills might be more appropriate.

exercise is good - it makes you feel better and it's a good sign if you can handle it.

hang in there!

You're jaded, I take it.

Perhaps you need to ask yourself if you have had enough.

Confronting the notion of death can help in the process of prioritising. Afterall, if you are ready to die then it is a fairly simple matter of executing the process. If you are not ready to die then you need to determine why... and what exactly you have left to live for.

It should be a fairly easy process then to figure out what to do next, and to appreciate what you are doing for its own sake.
