I have the same problem. I know how much anxiety and panic they caused me in the beginning. These are called eye floaters. These can be some kind of debris stuck between the retina (the place where the image is formed) and the eyelens. Since there is a liquid in front of the retina these floaters float in that liquid and float in front of you.

Generally these are harmless no particular treatment is availble you just learn to live with them and ignore them.

BUT: Go see a eye doctor IMMEDIATELY and get your eyes checked thoroughly because in rare case it may be an indication of some serious problem.

Good Luck!!

I would have my eyes checked and rule out any physical condition.

If my eyes checked out ok I would give myself a break and find some interests, let the sunlight in, get some fresh air, reconnect with family, and get some sort of exercise whether its walking, stretching, swimming.

Depression is just happiness turned inside out....be creative and spread some joy :)
