fat accumulated below the chest and stomach.
also on back- on shoulder blades and below...all around the waist.How can you lose it- naturally???

what type of cardio and other excersises? please specify...for which body part and what type and methods. thankyou.

help would be greatly appreciated

Diet and exercise, basically.

You can't lose fat in a single spot - once you start losing it, it gradually disappears all over the body.

The best type of cardio is probably running (open air or treadmill), although it will eventually hurt your leg joints. You can also try bicycling, rowing and so on. Remember to keep hydrated.

The golden rule to weight loss:

eat less, move more

Buy a pedometer- even a cheap one will do the trick. Put it on or in your pocket in the morning. Your goal is 12000 steps per day. 3-4000 of these will come from normal activity. Do whatever you can - even walking around your house or jogging in place - to reach the goal. When walking or jogging, move your arms up and down to work out your upper body. Use hand weights if you have them. Do at least 30 sit-ups daily.

Lastly, lower your calorie intake. Replace a meal or two with fortified cereal and then eat one regular meal. Whenever you get an urge for an unhealthy snack, try drinking a bottled water or eating an apple before you give in. This may lower your urge.

I have been following this easy program for two weeks and have lost 4 lbs. and at least an inch from my waist.

resistance training (lifting weights) and aerobic exercise combined is the best way to lose weight. The more muscle you have the higher your metabolism will be, because muscle is more metabolically active than fat. Do both and you will get in shape in no time.

well first you want to reduce the fat first, you can tone later. which means cardio/aerobics. suggestions: elliptical, running, intense biking for 30-60min, 3-5 days a week

then toning time.
