Will bathing or showering straight after you finish a meal make fats deposit in your tummy, therefore making your tummy fat and with increasing waistline?

There is no correlation between showering or bathing and the amount of fat deposited around your waistline after eating

genetics determines if fat is stored in the mid-section or the thighs. a caloric excess and an insufficient level of daily activity cause body fat to increase

No it does not.
But not keeping active will.

When you eat, your body breaks down carbohydrate to convert to glucagon, after which fats. This is when you don't keep active after a meal.

If you do some light workout, your body uses the glucose, and won't convert much of it to fats.
