Going from memory here, but generally Geo's are very similar to Toyotas; you need to remove the front dash bezel that covers the radio, then the radio itself is held in with screws.

Look for screws at the top of the panel; they may be recessed but probably won't be hidden. Remove the ashtray and look for screws in the ashtray cavity also. If you have to remove the panel that covers the climate controls you will probably have to remove the climate control knobs, or pull out the A/C switch module. It's possible that the upper panel may need to be loosened or removed to free up the lower panel.
