Yes, it's o.k. if it's in a bottle or container with 3 oz. / 100ml maximum capacity, packed with other liquid or gel toiletries in a 1 quart / 1 liter clear, zip-style plastic bag.

Checked luggage is fine. If you plan to carry it on, be sure it's in your Quart-sized ziplock bag and no more than 3oz.

Visit TSA's website to make sure you pack properly.

Nope. Better pack that in your checked in luggage or they'll confiscate that from you.
