Will I get to see the sakura in full bloom from 30 Mar - 4 Apr this year in Tokyo, Osaka or Kyoto?

The plums are already in bloom so it means the sakura will also bloom early. Difficult to say if you will see them or them as they are part of nature

Latest news release yesterday 14th Mar 2007, offcial date for Sakura is 23 Mar.
