lemon and sage butter for stuffing a chicken or to serve on the side sausage and italian herb stuffing .

mine is sage & onion with little sausages in side but i usally only do that at christmas, just stuff my chicken or pork rest of the time with just sage &onion ,an i make some little balls an put them around my meat so they go nice an crispy lovely.
