Miraculous healings do still happen. I have known two people who were recieved such: one from lung cancer and one from kidney failure (degenerative kidney disease).
Medical testing verifies the healing, and acts as a witness to the doctors, nurses, etc as well.
Unfortunately, there are some charlatans out there (coughbennyhinncough) who make a great show of performing "healings" in front of a camera. People like this make a mockery of the real thing, and decrease people's faith.
I have a strong suspicion of "faith healers" that say seeing a doctor afterward they do their "thing" is an act of "unbelief". When Jesus healed people back in the day, He TOLD people to go and be examined by the priests--the medical experts of the times. It was specifically so the healing could be proclaimed as authentic.

Everyboday receives miracle healing. Every time your body beats any ailment, contusion, etc, consider it a miracle. I know that is probably not what you want to hear. But where do you draw the line on small cuts and major illnesses in determining what is a miracle. I have had asthma for years and one day I noticed I didn't need medication for it any more. Is that a miracle? I think it is.

She may be telling the truth.
The power of the mind is also a very powerful thing if she wants to be well.
I, myself, have healed broken arms within a fortnight, rotor cuff in less than 6 weeks and nerve damage within a month using a natural healing technique called 'Reiki'. Check it out!

sometimes stuff heal by themselves after a lot of medical treatments... then when you think the medicine doesnt work anymore, you ask for someone to pray over you, then you suddenly get healed...
i think the story would end differently if you prayed a lot first and buy medicine later... could have been too late

Without medical intervention it is hard to prove. If she was not diagnosed prior to her healing. It would be her word. She is accountable for truth. You cannot deny truth.

She is not lying, but possibly deceived. The proof of the pudding is still in the tasting, so is she healed? How do you know that it didn't happen naturally? Was she under medical care? Was she really sick in the first place? Even if she was what does that prove? Even Satan can heal for his own purposes. Was it psychosomatic? 80% or diseases are.
Read your Bible, I would`t put a lot of stock in healings.

I've know several people who have been diagnosed with cancer or tumors who, when they returned for followup exams to determine the best course of action, had no tumor. The doctors have even re-examined the original tests to be sure they were accurate. I'd call that a miracle.

It's possible but only if some purpose is to be served. Most people who are miraculously healed don't appreciate it and go on doing the same selfish things they did before.

Miracle healing is possible for some chronic diseases but acute symptoms need immediate allopathic medical treatment.
