I too have extremely dark coarse hair. A year ago I started to epilate my legs and to start with it hurt like hell and left my legs red and blotchy.

Now it doesn't hurt at all, the redness doesn't occur and my hair has come back extremely fine. Definately worth the pain and can be used on your belly & armpits.

I also veet my arms about once a month.

I'm quite lucky and don't have any problems with my lip, chest and chin but would recommend waxing or plucking. Each time you take the hair out from the root it becomes weaker and paler.

Maybe you could ask your partner/parents for electrolysis for your birthday?

Shave her.

Buy her a Brazilian wax session in a beauty salon.

Pay for her laser hair removal sessions.

Let her smoke some some quality smoke and when shes out of it just start to wax, If shes anything like my mate she will think its the funniest thing in the world until she wakes up in the morning.

If you like her, don't worry about it.
If it puts you off, but you would like her better without, maybe say something to her nicely about how here in UK women tend to act in different ways. Tend to take care of their bodies in different ways, etc.,
She might be happy to be the way she is so, so either get used to it, or maybe you could find someone who you have more of a connection with.
