Gradually stop eating. Use a smaller sized plate, buy low calorie food, and drink lots of water. You have to shrink your stomach, gradually. If you try to do it quickly you`ll feel sick to your stomach and have plenty of headaches..

eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your energy levels up and your hunger low. try eating at 7am, 10 am, 1 pm, 4pm and 7 pm. keep your meals light and nutritious...check out a fitness or health magazine, they have great food ideas in them that are quick and easy. and also drink water throughout the day this will help you supress your appetite too.

A lot depends on just what you are eating. Foods with a high GI/GL cause a big blood sugar/insulin spike just after you have eaten, and when the spike subsides you want to eat again. Low GI/GL foods cause a gradual release of blood sugar, it lasts for longer and you do not feel hungry between meals. Check out this web-site:

Good luck.
