In my opinion I think you should pay attention when you eat, try to identify if you are hungry or just anxious, I have a rule, when I feel hungry and I'm not siting down at the table, then that means that I'm anxious, so I drink water and wait till I am actually siting down at the table. Another thing you can do is, pick an hour, let's say 5:00pm or 5:30pm or maybe even AM, and stop what you are doing whatever that maybe, and just take a walk, thirty minutes its a good start. Make a commitment you yourself and do this for you, you'll feel a lot better, and as you can see it is easy. Oh! and one more thing, no trips to the fridge, keep it full of water or lemonade or iced tea and make the wise decision. Keep chips and bread away from your house. By the way, I started doing all of these, last month, I started at 190lbs, I'm down to 180lbs, so I'm very happy, I know it will work for you. Have fun!!! greetings from BAJA!!!!

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. To learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. Cleansing was good for me. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

Most people will try to tell you eat healthy! This is the best, but usually its said by people who are health nuts and have more self-control than you or I. What you need to do is to replace the high calorie items you are eating with lower calorie foods. Instead of snacking on chips...air popped popcorn or peanuts(In the shell, because it takes time to open) If your hungry, try chugging diet pop or sugar free kool-aid. I drink about 2 gallons of diet pop a day...no its not healthy, but hey neither is being overweight. Replace desserts with sugar-free deserts favorite...sugar-free Jello. Trust me its easier to break the habit of eating too many calories than trying to break 2 habits at the same time by eating healthy. Also weight yourself everyday.

You could snack on healthy things in between meals, like carrots, grapes, and other stuff like that. Also, before you eat more then necessary, ask yourself "Do I need this?"
