i went to the chemist nd the pharmacist told me that it was bacteria which is causing it and he gav me medicine to apply but it didnt help am really worried ?

NO its not aids, dont be too worried, you just need to keep the area clean and dry. free from sweat heat, etc. and remember everyones skin is different so try another topical treatment til you find one that works for you, oh and DONT pick them , thats why the black marks

Why would it be aids? Thats like asking if your headache is caused by aids... Its probably just some sort of pimple, and pimples go away.
