Tattoos go fairly deep and need needles to do so. You likely didn't go as deep, and even this marker probably made a wider hole in your skin than any needle would. Instead of pushing the ink under your skin it probably dug the skin out & left some ink in the wound.
I'd be surprised if you've given yourself anything more than at most the slightest of tattoos. At most, you probably got the upper levels of skin that will be shed with time.
Where was it? I suppose if you're thinking of getting a tattoo some day, that area could be first on the list as a coverup if, against probability, some ink was permanent.

You may have a mark there for a while (perhaps even weeks), but it is unlikely to have formed a permanent tattoo. You will probably not have gone deep enough into the skin.
More likely the redness and puffiness is due to your skin being irritated by the trauma of you digging the pen into your skin or a reaction to the ink. Don't do it again!

If it came deep enough into your skin to make a wound, it is possible that the ink will remain there and your skin will close over it, and you'll have a tatoo. That's what happened to me 10 years ago, and it i still visible. So try to dissolve the ink while the wound is open, maybe by putting some medical alcohol on it. It will sting and make the healing slowlier, but it may dissolve the ink and it will act as a desinfectant too.

No, there shouldn't be a permanent mark. Not unless you were actually digging into the skin. I would however clean it everyday with peroxide,(to bubble out poison),and to keep it from gettting infected. If you notice the redness and puffiness isn't going away, I'd see a dr.. Good luck!

Try hydrogen peroxide. Thats the LAST thing tattoo artists tell people to put on their tattoos. It's worth a shot.

No, you broke the skin is all. Tattoos are much tighter as far as inserting the ink. Wash it off and watch for signs of an infection. Ink poisoning is deadly or at least can be.

nopes you didn't. I remember some questions of yours previously asking if you could give yourself a tattoo with a perm marker....or a needle and indian ink. Not a tattoo...sorry! Seriously, just wait until you're old enough to get one. Even if you could get a tattoo via a perm marker. That ink is toxic and also...it's not permanent on skin...it's permanent on surfaces...

No you didnt give yourself a tatoo. I did something similar once but it went away after like a week. Keep it clean and put medicine on it. It should go away.
