Here's the translation.

"Ich habe Dich geliebt. Ich werde Dich ignorieren wenn Du mit mir sprechen willst. Verschwinde!"

kleinemutti25 is right: "Ich liebte dich" is the past tense. She deserves ger 10 points!
In order to emphasize that the love is over, you could also say "Ich habe dich geliebt."
