How the hell did you come up with this. and IF he asks u more than once he probably likes you. it can be sexual harassment if he tells you why he want to go on a date and what he wants to do with you after the date.

O would not consider this a sexual harassment, uless you keep on asking when the other person already said NO. Other than that I think it will be stupit to consider this sexual harassment.

Not if it's done in a totally non-threatening way once or twice (or even more). It becomes harassment if the person never stops, especially after you have made it more than clear you want them to stop because it bothers you.

it can be. if it's repeated and you've had to say no over and over again, or if you've been given some sort of ultimatum then yes it can be sexual harassment.
