yes, you can love someone with all your heart but not like them. They can drive you to distraction and beyond and you realise that if you stayed with them then you'd end up being taken to a mental hospital! I've realised through years of experience that the SINGLE most important factor in a relationship is friendship, not love. If you are friends with someone and you like their company, then love can exist and grow and bring you together. But if you have that emotional rush of love, but don't like the other's behaviour or personality, you will never have a successful relationship, it is impossible for this to happen.
My advice, find the partner of your dreams as a friend, then fall in love with them - not the other way round.

Yes, It was really sad and still is, we still love eachother but we fight alot when we are together, we are with other people now , we are committed to the people we are with. We wouldn't do anything to jeapordise the relationships we are in right now.
We are trying to be friends since we still love eachother and know eachother better then anybody else, but its very hard.
Some times we still talk and we even talk about our new partners but its hurts us, but we agree that it's best that we are apart.

Not me but from questions asked on Y!Answers, one can guess there are. However, it could be one side is not willing to give up the relationship thus wanting to keep in touched. This is called the denying stage which can be painful. When a love is lost, its best to face reality and move on.

Yes my last but it was her family that made her choose between myself or them, she did what she had to. I have to believe she followed her heart and made the best choice for herself and I still love her just the same if not more so to this very day.
