I had some excellent advice from a person on Yahoo Answers and I can with all confidence give you the following advice:
Do not use Internet Explorer or Outlook Express.
Download mozilla firefox browser. Go to mozilla.com Much much safer than Internet explorer.
Download mozilla thunderbird and use that for your e-mail. It is fast, easy and more safe than outlook express.
Also, download comodo firewall. It is 100 times better than Windows Firewall.

If you do the above you will have a nice safe reliable pc.

I suggest you start your computer from factory settings.The manual you got with it will tell you how.Mine i press ALT +F10.
You have a chance of corrupting your hard drive if you put disks
in without direction.Download Mozilla Fire fox.Then Advanced
Windows Care v2 Personal,and simply click scan.It will be done
in minutes.
