Depending on you age you are not going to get any taller. You can make yourself appear taller:

Clothes - vertical lines/higher heels
Erect posture - don't slouch, shoulders back, imagine you are being held up by your head.

Yes .

You are in luck.

Read my article written for another person. Most of which applies to you also.

Increasing the Height

Your age is not known, but it does not matter.

In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.

Cycling is a good exercise and fun too.

You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.

The FEW things I did at least helped me.

Swimming.

Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

Stretching exercises on floor.

Find them on line.

Chin ups.

Full stretch type.

Swinging from a rope.

Full stretch climbing.

In other words do things that require stretching.
STRETCH-STRETCH-STRETCH-STRETC...

PS

In the morning after good night sleep every one is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch taller. This is because the soft tissue between the bones recovers during the time when there is no weight on them.

Older people loose height due to bone loss. I was 5', 7'' I am only 5', 5".

Issue of Genes:

You know only the active genes but genes can stay dormant for generations.

I believe that every one has some tall height genes, dormant or active; I again believe that certain exercises can activate those.

Again Swimming:

You will start out with half a lap and build up day by day, half a lap at a time. Then you will swim non stop for 1/2 an hour.

The speed is not important but you must use various strokes and do them correctly, completely, slowly and perfectly. This way you will have full stretch, and its benefit.

You are what you are. No food is going to increase your height. There are a few tricks you may want to try. First of all, when you dress, you can appear taller by wearing stripes that go up and down, not across. You can wear shoes with thick soles, or mens shoes with a heel on them. You can style your hair where it is spiked up, or fuller on top giving the apprearance of more height because you would measure yourself from the top of your hair, not the top of your head. Do not wear long coats, but rather waist length with a v neck sweater, giving the appearance of height. Pants should be not skin tight, but solid in color and dark. Avoid a belt, it cuts you off at the waist, you want matching colors that "flow" on you, prints are out. Try say for instance, black semi tight (NO low riders and baggy pants-they make you look wide, not long)black jeans. Black pointy toed boots with inch high heel s on them (like cowboy boots-SOLID color-Must match pants) a blue v neck long sleeve sweater, and a black jacket that comes to just below your waist. It enlongates you, with your hair spiked up (not like a mohawk) you instantly look taller.

stretch your legs, do crunches, and also run like the wind. play some basketball or something that makes your jump and run intensively.

eat proper food for all meals.

sleep and rest more.

keep your stress down.

if you are past puberty its gonna be tough, but then again this is gonna make you feel healthier, and thats gonna make you more happy with yourself.
