If the "Copy .. Paste Special > transpose" is not enough for you, you can try the formula way
Either the TRANSPOSE function or the ADDRESS function.
So if you want your A1:A100 to be in B2:... then paste this in B2
=INDIRECT( ADDRESS( COLUMN( )-1,1))
Then fill it to the right to get all the other values.

Use paste special.

Copy row a1 to a100, goto edit - paste special, select transpose
