I would say that fresh water is an essential part of a person's diet but you can add green tea because it cleanses you and is very healthy. It is thought to be the next cure to cancer and to live a healthy life. But I would not suggest replacing water entirely with green tea.

Definately Not! Our bodies are 2/3 water and we need to drink half of your body weight in ounces a day, or else you will be dehydrated. Coffee, Tea, and juices are not the thing for water. You need to drink pure filtered water, Every time you drink a cup of the above you need to drink two glasses of water, as the caffeine dehydrates you. Yes green tea is good for you but it does not replace the water you need. I know I was not a water drinker either and had to pray about it and now I drink between 10 to 12 glasses a day. No I don't think that is a good idea. You need to drink plain filtered water and lots of it. Green tea is good for you but it should not replace the plain filtered water that you need to drink.

No. regrettably the above suggestions haven't any base in scientific actuality. Tea, coffee, alcoholic drinks and sodas do no longer count number as eating water. they're noted as diuretics and develop the frequency of urination. even nevertheless eating tea has many well-being reward, you will possibly be able to desire to usually blend eating tea mutually with your conventional intake of water. i'm additionally a in many cases used tea drinker. in case you prefer to have a speedy test, drink your tea before than you bypass to mattress. once you arise, your mouth and throat will possibly be dry.

no it wouldn't. tea contains caffeine and flavonides, which are beneficial for health when are taken in small amount, but water helps your body to clean itself - it detoxifies it, which tea doesn't do. caffeine is a strong toxin, so instead of detoxifying your body u will be poisoning it. twice a day tea consumption is more than enough
