i mean if you go as a friend for a girl, she will just see you as a friend, later when you wanna make some moves?

Well, for your original question, no. Some of my best friends have been guys. However, if youre friends with a girl just so that you can make some moves on her later, that is an awful thing to do. Be friends with someone because you like being around them, not because you want to get in their pants. On the other hand, if you are friends with a girl and THEN develope romantic feelings for her, tell her, because otherwise it will just be awkward and you will both be miserable. But you seem to have the idea that a girl and a guy can only be friends if they are hoping for a romantic relationship in the future. That idea is WRONG and will deny you of some great friendships.

That's ridiculous...I actually prefer to be friends with the guy first before we start dating. That way, I'm comfortable whenever and whatever I do. I don't have to worry bout how I look. But just as long as you don't actually turn into a best friend. I think Dawson's Creek is cute, but a little unrealistic. I think what really works is that first you establish a friendship, a comfort zone, with the girl. And then ever so subtly (you wouldn't wanna scare her away), take a step forward. But still, it's not the same for every girl.

I say that starting out good friends it a great start to a lasting relationship. Ever heard the saying, good friends make better lovers? It is true in the case of two of my friends. So I could work for you also.

Men are better friends than lovers, they are even better than girl friends, that's why we see them as friends first.
Moves, unfortunately, ruin the friendship, and the whole relationship end up badly.

it also depends on the way how boy approaches the girl, if friendship becomes quite strong, then you can change the way of thinking of her. After that....
