Bush is aiding and comforting the enemy by trying to push Amnesty on us, instead of following the laws in this country and arresting the illegals. I bet there are more than 2 witnesses to that.

Yes I think they should As far as treason he has declared war against the people ,which is the united states As we are a government of the people by the people (supposedly ) for the people .I would say they have declared war on the common people .Now they want to open the borders with Mexico to turn this country into a 3rd world country .I would never have believed our country could be raped and destroyed at the pace our govt. political leaders are doing it .No foreign power could have brought it to its knees as fast . Bush has also committed treason by violating his oath of office to support and defend the constitution .But so has every one in govt. that takes that oath .I think we should start at the top and go down the line and charge them all with treason or change the oath to read ignore the constitution . The most dangerous enemy of the people is with in its own govt .

No. Treason as defined by the Constitution of the United States Article III section 3 Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.
They have done none of that.

Bill Clinton allowed Osama bin Laden to escape when the Sudanese offered him up on a silver platter! They offered, he declined. 3000 people died in NY and Washington DC. Is that not "endangering" our welfare?
Bill Clinton lied ( and got caught ) to Congress. That is breaking the law, is it not? The last time I checked, perjury is a crime.
You want unethical business practices? See the Clintons. Both of them. Hillary had to pay off special interest groups in South Carolina to get the black vote? Is that ethical?
I could go on, but I made my point.

Clinton asserted he had done more to try to kill bin Laden than "all the right-wingers who are attacking me now." In fact, Clinton said, conservatives routinely criticized him for "obsessing" over bin Laden while he was in office. "They ridiculed me for trying. They had eight months to try. They did not try. I tried. So I tried and failed," he said. I agree with Clinton. Bush and his backers do nothing but blame Clinton whenever Bush is criticized.
