I am 17 years old and i was wondering if i can legally have a vehicle titled under my name. thanks. (Texas)

In some circumstances, yes, check with the Texas DMV to see what their requirements are. You should be able to find out online.

As long as you have a state issued id, then yes you can. Doesn't have to be a driver's license.
