if my pork chop is leaking (if red, id guess it was blood) white, cookable liquid, does that mean its not good to eat the steak

it means you had better eat the pork chop quick smart before it turns tough which happens when all the juices are cooked out of it

yes that's just the cooked blood coming out of the meat.. so its fine to eat

absolutely not.... water, proteins, starches.....check the internal temp....160+ and you are good to go. Enjoy.

yup, that sounds bad... it should sizzle even with drippings of marinade ... oozing is not a good thing.
