Oyster's Kilpatrick are the Bomb! but Clam pasta
is right up there as well..very tough..hhmm..I'd
say Clams, in a Garlic cream sauce with angle hair
pasta with a glass of sparkling white wine and
heaps of Crusty fresh bread..Yum Yum!!.LOL:)

Mmmmmmmmmmmm clams!!!! (pardon the possible pervertedness that could come from that LOL)
Seriously, clams are incredible, be it steamed or fried. I won't eat them raw though.
I've always thought oysters were repulsive beyond words, but I actually discovered that when they are fried, they are very good.
In the end, I'd still take clams ANY day! =)
