If you're going to the Philippines, fly on the 13th of the month. Filipinos are so superstitious, it's much cheaper and you'll almost have the plane to yourself!

Usually the middle of the week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), but I'd look around at all possible days, just in case.
