Actually, the Fifth is the wrong answer. The correct response to the question is "who is doing the questioning?"

The Fifth only protects the right against self-incrimination before the FEDERAL government.

Between the individual and a state (like Arizona), that right is found in the Fourteenth Amendment.

You may have heard people in court pleading the 5th. It means you don't have to testify about anything which would make you look guilty or you don't have to testify to confess something. You plead the 5th and seek legal council.
