My personal opinion, I don't think it would be easy for you to forget him. You both have a daughter together, so your previous relationship with him must have been good at one time. However, like any other live stuff, it's time to move on. If you think finding another man is not an option, then find another community. You can start with something/ some interest/ talent that you knew you have but just haven't found the time. You can't imagine where a new situation will take you & consume your time. Enough to get rid of your thoughts on him. With regards to your daughter, it's your choice whether you want to involve him or not. .

This is the problem I find with most women. For some reason I feel really angry hearing about all these. Yes love is blind but it shdnt make u stupid as well! Im so sorry if it offends you but its clear you know he s bad news yet ya still so dillusional about it. No means NO. Stand up for yourself. You are a strong individual and HAVE ENOUGH SELF RESPECT for yourself to make right and wise decisions! You shd indulge in something healthy to fill up your thoughts. Your world shd not revolve around him. You need a wake up call dear. I believe lotsa ppl have advised you. Its really up to you to make the first step. Making the first right step leads a path to a better life... Be strong.

I find it difficult to believe that you're in "love" with a person who has tried, or would try again, to "kill" you. Are you going through some kind of Stockholm Syndrome here?

If you have a daughter, your concern should be to protect her, as well as yourself. Take some good advice, and cut off contact with this man before you put your daughter and yourself into further jeopardy.

you need therapy dealing with the event where he almost killed you...then figure out why you can't date a loving man.
I had a guy try to kill me, threaten me a lot...he left me alone when I got the cops involved. That was 1998.

I can understand ur feelings cos woman tends to be more forgiveness & soft-hearted. Nevertheless, u have to be more firm sometimes when time goes by.. All the best.

What you need is to pluck up enough courage and move on with your life. Cut all communications with him. This is no joke. Your security is at stake.

You need to get some counciling big time. Please for your child. It seems like you have low-self esteem and low self-confidence. If you start to feel better about your self through counciling then you will be strong enough to say no or just ignore him.
