I say weight watchers. I joined with my mother 2 months ago. She has already lost 20 lbs and she is 51 yrs old. So, I know that this is a proven weight loss tactic that is very affective and helps you to keep it off. Try it out. Um, visit the website to find out where there are meetings close to your area. Good luck! :)

Start walking everyday for 15-20 minutes and gradually build up to a hour a day if possible. Watch what you eat and try to cut calories.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia sold at http://www.2youl.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $6.95 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

surgery. i can't see any other way to lose weight in your age. eating less and exercising wouldn't do u any good - metabolism of older people is so slow, that dieting and exercising will have no affect on you whatsoever
