Which is the correct way to write it :

elles s’appelle or elles s’appellent?

since there's more than one girl

Elle s'appellent which is plural , Elle se nomment remnber the ent is silent
You can say : Ce sont mes amies , elle s'appellent : and go on their names

well, the correct alternative is elles s'appellent because the conjugation must be according to the subject (just like Portuguese, my mother tongue =P)
