make him come over to you everytime instead of
being an eager little puppy.

Tonight, he was on his cell phone in front of the store. I was getting into my truck. He threw up his arm to wave. I waved back, but just got in the truck! Then he turned left and walked in front of the store...away from me.

Did I do right? I don't interrupt ppl on the phone, but I also don't like to be the only one who makes the effort.

He acts like he likes me, but he doesn't make enough effort that way in my opinion! And he know I like him!

Some of his behavior seems like he likes me. I just don't wanna push!

Some guys do want girls to make the move! I have been working with this really attractive guy who I had a crush on for 5 months and at times he seemed playful and interested towards me, and other times, he was so bloody serious and even at times, cold. One day I let a few words slip about the way I felt about him, and it was until I said those words, that he told me he liked me too, but he was waiting for me to open up that "door" first.

You do not have to push yourself, but also do not appear to needy, clingy, but play up the ol' charm and he won't be able to resist.

Yes, of course it is wrong to always make a guy wait. Men always have to stick their necks out, and more often than not, the woman has an ax hidden behind her back just waiting for some guy to stick his neck out too far.
Some guys get really sick of it, and others like yours might be, are just shy and afraid of getting their heart stepped on.
Tell him, BLUNTLY.
What's the worst that could happen?
This isn't like or death, it's just a question.
Oh, and never act like an eager little puppy. Men just think you are being childish and will shy away.

I'm sorry if my understanding was wrong, but you didn't supply much info for me to make an informed decision.
But like I said above, just do it!

HEY stop stressing!...Look all you do is keep your cool!...if he likes you and you like him and you both know it why the confusion?...Go talk to him, make conversation...and believe me from there if he was too shy to come to you, that shyness will soon disappear...its the new generation girlfriend...make the first move...if he does like you it wont be in vain...if not then just move on atleast you wont be wasting your time with liking him anymore...it would then be his loss!

Goodluck!

sounds to me like he is a the Shy type, he most likely either already has a girlfriend or just doesn't like confronting those that like him.
