Make an appointment with a therapist. They can help you decide whether medication would also be beneficial and possibly recommend a psychiatrist. If you feel that you're a danger to yourself or others quickly proceed to the nearest ER. They will be able to keep you safe, if not get you help sooner.

well i am sorry you are feeling this way, and you know there are people that care if you live or die. It sounds like you are isolating yourself from everyone, plus it sounds like a good case of depression on it. You do not need to feel empty and hollow inside, what you need to do is go and get some professional help, and i suggest to do that as soon as you can. You can beat depression, but it is going to be a hard road, and some of the things, you may not want to do, but let me tell you right now, it is worth it, you can learn to feel again, and enjoy life, but you do need to take that first step and go and seek some professional help. If you are feeling like you are going to hurt yourself, in any way, you need to call your local crisis line, or go to an er. And please do it now. Cause you can still enjoy life again, so please do not give up.

Hon, call 1-800-SUICIDE and get to a doctor for anti-depressants ASAP. There is hope. Things will get better. ((hugs))

I stopped back to see if you've added any comments ... I understand that you've tried many different anti-depressants; I'm sorry that none have worked for you so far. It's frustrating to go from drug to drug without relief. I just want to encourage you to keep trying ... I tried four or five different meds before I found the right one for me.

But did you also know that there is an extreme solution available? There's a surgery that can be performed to cure depression. If nothing else is helping you, talk to your doctor about this possible option. Take your life back instead of taking your life.

I've been where you are right now. I felt dead inside, and it was like I was just waiting for my body to catch up. I know it feels like nothing will help you, but there are way too many treatments out there for you to give up now. Find a different prescription, find a different doctor, find a neurosurgeon if all else fails ... just fight. I know you're tired, but you can help yourself in a way no one else can. Fight for yourself, you are worth it.

Let me start by saying God loves you and wants you to be happy. I have been through this sort of thing and I even tried to end it all, but I didn't. There are people in your life whether you believe it or not who love and care so much about you. You are a very special person and there is a reason you are here. If you don't feel medication helps you then try tallking to someone, anyone. You don't have to talk to a family member you can pick anybody, even me, I will gladly listen to you and try to help you. If you want to talk to me let me know and I will get my address to you.
YOU DO MATTER AND LIFE IS WORTH LIVING, don't you ever give up on yourself.

Get out of bed and get to your Dr's. You are depressed, and need some help to lift you out of it.
Once you start getting some help from your Dr, get out of the house everyday, even if you just go window shopping, just get out and start moving more, get a bike go for a ride, get a dog for a companion. Join some clubs in some of the things you used to like.
You need to interact with other people more, to stop feeling isolated.
Please get some advice from your Dr.
You will start feeling better soon.
Take care.

If you're in school, see your counselor and talk with your parents.

If you're an adult, make an appointment with a therapist.
