I believe that our world is a wonderous place, i believe that we are part of some great plan, and i believe that we have a creator. I dont know who or how much power and control he has though!
So my question is this...if the christian god created the whole world and every miraculus thing in it...why did he need help with a simple little book???
And why, if he knows how our minds work, because he created them, did he make the bible so hard for people to understand it?
You may say that it was easier to interperate hundreds of years ago, so where is the new one if he wanted people to base their faith on it?
And why was it not given to all the inhabitants of earth?? For example the Australian aboriginals only learnt about god a couple hundred years ago when the white man came...

God did not write the bible. A bunch of men wrote it, then claimed that it was the word of God. If there is a God capable of creating the entire universe he would surely be capable of writing an error free and timeless guide to living in it.

Ok this is getting complicated. God doesnt NEED the Bible. Thousands of years ago, God Inspired men to write it. It is intended to help us find our way and give us answers. If you think its hard to read, just get a different version. Go to your nearest Lighthouse Christian store and ask for the "easiest" Bible to read. Whether the aboriginal people of Australia had a Bible or not does not mean they will end up in hell. The Bible IS intended for everyone, thats why all these evangelicals are on tv and go around the world as missionaries spreading the Word of God. The Bible says, everyone will get a chance to hear the Word of God, either theyll read it in the Bible or hear it when they die, im not sure. Think of the Bible as a tool, it gives you a history of the Jews in the old testament (first half of book) and ends with the story and teachings of Jesus and his disciples. God does not need help from a simple little book, but we do.

The Bible is a loving letter from our Creator to us.Yes, God knows how we work, but we don't know how God works unless we study his Word. The bible is not difficult at all to understand, but it does help immensely to have a guide to help you put it all together properly. Think of it this way, if you had a very technical legal paper, would you not get a lawyer to help you make sense of it? The same with the Bible, we need help to get to the true teachings. Man has gotten everything so confusing with their man-made doctrines and traditions. Here are a few Scriptures to think about...

Isaiah 48:17 & 18: "This is what Jehovah has said, your Repurchaser, the Holy One of Israel: “I, Jehovah, am your God, the One teaching you to benefit [yourself], the One causing you to tread in the way in which you should walk. 18 O if only you would actually pay attention to my commandments! Then your peace would become just like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea. "

John 4:23: "Nevertheless, the hour is coming, and it is now, when the true worshipers will worship the Father with spirit and truth, for, indeed, the Father is looking for suchlike ones to worship him. "

1 John 4:1: "Beloved ones, do not believe every inspired expression, but test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with God, because many false prophets have gone forth into the world."

1 Corinthians 10:11: "Now these things went on befalling them as examples, and they were written for a warning to us upon whom the ends of the systems of things have arrived."

It is much more important for us now, in our time that we learn what the Bible really teaches because we are living at a very crucial time in history. We are coming upon the conclusion of this system of things and it is vital that we learn how we can survive through it. We are trying desperately to help anyone who cares to learn what God requires while there is still time. If you really want to know, you can contact Jehovah's Witnesses anywhere in the world...find a Kingdom Hall in your area.

John 17:3: "This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."

Matthew 24:13 & 14: "But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved. 14 And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come."

It would be so simple if God just went WHAM, and everyone knew everything. If everyone knew He was for real. But God does not work that way. He does not want a bunch of robots serving him. God wants true genuine LOVE. If you love some one will you not go to great length to know that person? The bible is our guide to living right in the eyes of God. It also beneficial for teaching, and has many knowledgeable things in it. The bible was given to us as a instruction book, but not very many people use it now a days. The bible is really not that hard to understand, if you STUDY it.

One of my favorite verses in the bible is....Seek for the knowledge of God, as you would for a hidden treasure. I know that if someone told me that there was a million bucks buried SOMEWHERE in my back yard, I would be diggin!!!!! This is how I feel about knowing my creator. If I don't understand something, I dig until I do.

Have a nice day!!!!

The Bible is easy to understand. Get a simple one with pictures if you want. There are even Bibles for children. Join a Bible Study group and the teacher will even further simplify and explain to you the beauty and mystery that the bible has to offer. It is truly a wonderful book for ordinary people like you and me. It is inspired by God but God uses instruments to write the bible. If you want, you may watch EWTN and they will also explain the bible to you.

The bible is like a guide to life and how to live you life.
Im not sure why he made the bible so hard for people to understand... It`s not that hard.
It would be hard to get th bible to Australia, if it was 'undiscovered' until the white man came.
This is just what i think... I mean, if we knew everything, why would we need God?
have a good day.

Yes no need to beleive in bible since it is not in its pure form.
The original Gospel given by god was altered several times by individuals.
There is no original bible in the world. Further u find lots of contradictions in the bible. And many versions, almost one for each fraction.

But read the Quran and find the truth for yourself instead of others criticism.
No any contradictons in it and only one Quran for the whole world. It is for the whole humanity and it is not for the Muslims only like what others beleive.
The Quran itself tells that it is for the whole humanity. There is only one Qurna for all Muslims.

Read the Holy Quran and find the truth like following people did.

Yvone Redley.
Malcom X
Cat Stephen (Yousuf Islam)
French Physician Maurice Bukhail.

first of all, the bible is not a simple little book..it is the book of books and it contains a lot valuable lessons that we ought to learn by reading the bible...
1. for your first question on why He need help with a simple little book?
as I said the bible is NOT a simple little book and God does NOT find help in the Bible. He actually inspired the prophets and his disciples to write it..In Other words, the Bible is God's word and everything in it is sacred and is genuinely TRUE.why don't you read it and discover for yourself the truth that the BIble holds..and the Bible was not written by Him because ne need a "textbook" like what you are pointing out.The Bible was actually written FOR US because he loves us and He does not want us to fall into sin and be doomed forever. It is His love letter to us and so He can also speak to us through his letters (the Bible)

2.If He knows how our minds work, why did He make the bible so hard for people to understand it?
the Bible was written by God's people through the inspiration of God..Now, human as we are and our brains have limited neurons but you see God's wisdom is infathomable and so we first need to ask for God to give us wisdom to comprehend what He wants to tell us..Now, haven't you noticed that those who read and understand the Bible are christians those who are saved..simply becuase, if you are still not a christian God's wisdom is not in you and you are just a plain human being with a sinful nature...and since the Bible is a love letter, so there is always that special relationship between you and the heavenly father for you to understand the love letter.
3. on your third question on where is the new one?
The Bible is the same a hundred years ago until now it stays the same...actually, the Bible is the basis of faith because it contains what God wants to tell you...and the Bible is for everyone
4. on your fourth question...
the aboriginals existed a long time ago and a long time ago, God first chose Israel to be His people and in that time, God talked to them directly and th people offerred sacrifices to clean their sins (a spotless lamb) and the blood of the lamb signifies that the blood cleanses their sins...now during this time, God already inspired a lot of prophets to write some books of the Bible like Genesis, Exodus and the other books of the Old testament. and in this writings, God said that He will come to earth and save all people so people will be saved from eternal doom (hell)...and it was after a hundred years or so that God came to earth through Jesus Christ. that is why we celebrate christmas to celebrate christ's coming to earth... He made himself a man..became a man so He can feel what we also feel..but most of all, you know what He did for us? He died for us at the cross of calvary and his blood was shed to pay for our sins..you see, we are all sinful creatures--it is already IN us the moment we are born...have you ever wondered why even if you don't teach a child to be stubborn or a man to kill, he atill has the instinct to do a lot of sins???? simply because, we already have sin with us..and so Jesus Christ died for all of US that is how great God loves us....
Now what can we do to be forgiven from our sins and become God's child? We have to beleive that He, God and Jesus Christ will clean our hearts and save us from doom. Wee have to pray and ask forgiveness and ask Him to become our personal savior...to become our Lord..and that means that we give up our sinful nature and follow Him..and so we need the Bible to guide us on His will because HE is the HEAVENLY FATHER.. and so if we bacome saved, we become changed...for the better.

I hope you were enlightened and please do not take this for granted for this is the most important decision that you need to take..God bless!

...Oooo, slow down "sport"... whoa... first... God is NOT a Christian... what..? nope... God is God ! He has taken many people. over many years to put together a "BooK" that is designed to help you... If you want to truly understand it, get a "translation" that talks like you do... may I suggest the "Good News" translation... easy reading and great information... Start with New Testiment book called The Book of John... John is a New Testiment writer who has a wonderful and easy way to begin to know "who He is".... truly, try it... it's not going to hurt you... it's a "book".... (what a Book)
...by the way, there is a video that you can rent called The Book of John... it followes the Bible Book of John...so you might want to consider that too... great movie... Then, com'on back and we'll talk... ok...? you're gonna love it....
