nope, i'm watching gilmore girls on you tube, when i should be getting my rest for field day tomorrow.
wow, big nummies. the furthest i've counted was 999, and RIGHT when i was about to say it my brother jummped on my bed and i got scared (lol) and ran screaming from my bedroom. ahhh gilmore girls...

i don't count sheep. it doesn't work. trust me.
you wanna know a method that really works? think about something you really like. in my case it's playing maple story. so you think really deeply about it. you will soon be dreaming about it, but i can't guarantee that you won't wake up in the middle of the night and go to yahoo! answers.

I don't think it will work. the more you count, the more you will concentrate on it, and the more you cannot sleep.
Just refrain from taking any food or drinks that contain caffeine.
