I want a breed of dog that will fit my lifestyle! I am not very active maybe a walk for 20-30 mins a day! I have a 2 year old daughter and want another one! So good with young children is a must! Also i have 2 small dogs! 14 lbs and 8 lbs(They are both mutts)! I live in a 3 bedroom house on a 10 acre farm, 1 acre fenced in back yard! I want a dog that will love EVERYONE! I DO NOT want a dog that is protective! I don't need a guard dog just a loving companion! So ummmm, oh i love taking my dogs to the dog park! So a very loving dog towards all people children and animals! Oh size doesn't really matter but i'd prefer a small or medium sized dog! I have my eye on two particular breeds, but I don't know if their right for me! I like the Shiba Inu and the King Charles Spaniel! Oh, the basset hound is cute too, but how large do they grow(weight wise)?

The Shiba Inu would not be good for you. You have a young daughter and want another. Most Shibas are one-on-one dogs and do not get along with children. They are very protective and are generally animal aggressive.
The Spaniel would be OK for you but you have a young daughter and many CKCS's don't get along too well with small kids. They also have a lot of health problems. They are cute and funny but as you'd imagine, need a lot of grooming. They are hard to housebreak and can be stubborn. They need a lot of socialization.
The Basset Hound would be good for you. They are small, funny and cute. They are also really friendly towards people and other animals. They are fairly difficult to housebreak but will learn with patient and consistent training. They have a lot of health problems and must not be overfed.
Weight Females: 45-60lb (20-27kg) Weight Males: 50-65lb (23-39kg).

I cant recommend bassets enough! Mine is sitting on my lap right now....(i had to move my LAPtop on the floor)! Anyway, they are GREAT family dogs. Everyone that gets one says they will never go to another breed for the love and companionship. To make a long story short, two days ago I introduced my basset to my 3 month old baby. I was nervous about it, but he is already acting like a bod guard for my baby. Its so cute. My basset is only 9 months old and I am very impressed. They ALWAYS have to be on a leash when being walked, and I hear that they are tricky yo potty train, but I have the PERFECT trick for that.

I would go for the shiba or the basset. Go to www.dogbreedinfo.com and do the breed selector quiz. I did it with as much info as you gave and the basset hound was right at the top of the list for suggested breeds. Basset hounds can weigh about 55lbs, shiba inu get to about 25lbs and king charles get to about 15lbs so the basset hound is the heavy weight out of those 3.

Why do you want another dog? I bet your two dogs aren't thrilled with the idea. I think that Shibas bark a lot and they can be "one person" type dogs. Spaniels in general, are very loving and sweet, but their are no guarantees. We have a good Humane Society where I live that checks dogs for temperament and reaction to children, other animals, etc., so you have a good idea how the animal will be in your home. They also are super good at house training dogs there.
I have three dogs and I can tell you that they act like a pack and are more instinct driven when you have more. I have had enough dogs to have had dogs which kill other animals, fight viciously when stressed and other very undesirable behaviors. In general, I have had well trained dogs which are obedience trained, but that gets harder when you have more dogs.

In regards to the other answer saying that shibas are aggressive with children, that is completely untrue. I have 4 shibas and 4 children and my sister has 5 children and all of them are around my dogs. They are excellent companions, but like a lot of attention and excercise. If you can give a shiba that they are wonderful pets.

I do not believe that a breed is right for anyone. I believe the dog is right. Check out some rescued dogs on petfinder. They are usually temperment tested and you know how they will interact in your lifestyle. Why buy, when millions die?
