Laughing is one of the best. And it's fun. But if nothing's tickling your funny bone, I think the best ab workouts are weights. It hurts a lot at first, but hey, it's better than having a flabby stomach.
And if you can't get access to weights, there are a few excersizes you can do at home.
For your lower abs, sit on a chair, back straight, and pull your knees as close as you can to your chest with your abs. Hold it for 5 seconds and do a few sets of 5.
Also, lay on your back with your hands to the side and legs straight out. Lift your legs about a foot off the ground and hold it for 5 seconds. Repeat until you cry.
