Puppy love is young love (Teenage love).
A relationship is mostly for matured persons who are dating and seek marriage later.
With regards to you question, yes, you may find true love in puppy love. But I think you need to have a matured mind to be able to love somebody else besides yourself. It is also time consuming so don't waste your time honey. Study hard and have good grades. With good grades, you can have a job. And by then, there will be plenty of guys for you to choose. So take your time.

Puppy Love is real cute love.
Like when you're down at the soda shop and you see a boy and a girl, hold hands while drinking a float out of 2 straws and the boy says something really cute together like
"Babe, I just know we're going to be together forever", that's puppy love. Think of it as something you'd see in the movie theatres and everyone goes "aww!"
Puppy love can be both true love, or something else mistaken for love.
Most of the time, it doesn't last long, but if the couple does manage to stick it out, their relationship can grow and grow until they truly love each other.
