The Army uses Hooah as it's motivational saying. I believe Hurah is the Marine saying.

Everyone already answered but I'll add this. I work in a joint command (all the branches together). We are also a Mulit-National Command (all of the 30 country Coalition AND the Iraqis).
Eventually we all adopt each other's mannerisms. I'll go back to the US calling the floor a 'deck' and the Aussies here are saying "Hoah mate!"...

The army says something like hooah which stands for "heard understood acknowledged."
While the MARINES say OOHRAH! Or we do a grunt or yell I don't know what the hell to call it but its pretty friggin awesome.
