Molenberg Swiss Bake Wholegrain, made with 100% wholegrains.

High in fibre, source of protein, naturally low in fat.

I can barely stomach this garbage. It's crap, tastes like rabbit food. I can not emphasise how bad this stuff tastes.

Should i stick to the "normal bread" in future? seriously this stuff is the most vile substance i have put in my mouth. It cost me nearly 6 bucks for 2 loaves of this junk and i'm guessing even the ducks at the local park will turn their bills up at it.

Good things are usually bad for us and vice versa.
Eat the whole grain and then treat yourself to a white breadfest.

Prolly no sugar or salt added, 100% whole grain has little "Starch" (turns to a sugar when it touches Saliva/enzymes in your mouth, 1st part of chemical digestion). Just go with a good "Whole Wheat", some of those health breads are like $6 for 1/2 a loaf of saw dust.

The reason you think it tastes like garbage is that you've become accustomed to actual garbage. You are missing all that high-fructose corn syrup, chemicals, etc. that you get in "normal" bread. It's not the bread's fault, it's your tastebuds' fault. If you hang in there, you will become accustomed to the taste of good food--but the bad stuff will always taste good (that's why they put all that garbage IN the bad food; to make it taste good).

It tastes bad because the lower the salt and leave out the sugar. They might also make adjustments in the gluten or other ingredients normally in bread. Why do you think that it's good for you?

I should say "thats life " things that are good for you don't always taste nice.

buy yourself a loaf of "mixed grain" bread and it will geve you all the goodies some of the others have - it will taste better believe me.

Do not deprive yourself of the food that tastes good. Stick to the dictates of your palate. Cheers!
