Your are not destined to be ready for it atleast till you are 16 years old ok dear. Life is not even matured upto u yet. Please just tell your mum about and ask her in a normal way ..... even if anybody is inciting you or touching you in an appropriate manner , please let ur mum know about it .
Play games , do sports and form girlie gangs .... sex's is way too out of question ..ok dear .

That is way too young. Live life don't engage in an adult activity for your mind, body, and soul are not yet prepared to handle many grave consequences.

No, they arent even physically mature enough until about 13, and in most countries its illegal until 16.
