I am not sure I understood your question, is your cousin a boy and you want to ask him out? If that is it, I am not concerned as far as the gay thing but if its your cousin, a first cousin it isn't the wisest, but than again, that would be the case for a heteosexual relationship because of children not incest.....but if its a gay thing, no children will come of it, and if he feels the same, than ask him, but only if you are sure he is on the same page as you. Hey well it depends on how close of a "cousin" he is. It is called incest. Its not totally wrong i mean it depends on you. I would just tell him how you felt and see if he feels the same. Ask him casually what he thinks of you. If he responds positively, then got for it. It depends on you though... He is your cousin. But hey Im not judging.

if you meant you and your cuz are both male and then you want to ask him out, well, you really have a problem and you need more guidance..
no need to even think how to ask him... better go find a girl (definitely not a relative) and ask her out.. that is the best way.
