You nearly vomit at the taste of ANY vegetable? Hmm. You have quite a problem... lol
I personally love veggies, but my boyfriend is not a fan. So over some time I've discovered a few ways I can get him to eat his veggies. Maybe these methods will help you out too.
One thing you should try is different kinds of soups. There are a lot of canned soups out there with veggies in them. The taste of whatever kind of broth is used in the soup should mask most of the taste of the vegetable. Plus, soup is usually a low calorie meal. So since you're wanting to lose weight, that's a plus!
If you like Asian dishes, I would suggest sauteing some vegetables in a frying pan with soy sauce (no oil or butter if you want to keep the dish a healthy one) and eating that over rice. The taste of the soy sauce should change the taste of the vegetables, at least enough so you should be able to eat them.
Practice snacking on things like carrot sticks and cucumber slices, instead of chips and cookies. That will help a lot too. Eating them with ranch would help with the "bad" taste, but I mean if you're wanting to lose weight the ranch probably isn't a great idea.
Good luck!

Eat half your usual meals. Balance your weekly diet with vegetables, fruit, fish, chicken, beef.
Walk for ten minutes before and after your meal. Exercise ten push ups, ten sit ups, ten squat kicks, ten jumping jacks, that is almost complete body workout I used three times a week. Chin ups are optional.
Power climb the stairs, and don't add midday, midnight, or any in between snacks to your habits. Drink six 6 ounce glasses of water a day. And drink two 6 ounce glasses of water for each cup of coffee or caffeinated drinks. Minimize your caffeine intake to the mornings to no more then 3 cups or two soda's. before midday.
No more after two in the afternoon.
I had a hospital tested instant, I was 246 when I started and in three weeks I was 175 lbs.
I did run the entire course I walked at the end of my trial system. Without training for running.

M-k.... Do you like pizza? Then try putting as many veggies as you can STAND (without vomiting) on pizza- & see how THAT works. I recently had a cheese & spinach pizza(-yeah, I KNOW what you're thinking...)- and I was shocked at how GOOD it was (I REALLY didn't think I'd like it). Other Veggies I know are good, include broccoli, and all kinds of peppers, onions & mushrooms. I think the cheese masks alot of the Veggies taste. And if you can AVOID picking the veggetables off (like a 5 year old), it might be a good start towards your diet. Good luck- at any rate! :)

For being as young as you are, you shouldnt be attempting any diet on your own, you should be talking to your parents, a health teacher at school or a nutritionist. they would probably have some great ideas how to maintaine a healthy weight with getting the nutrition and vitamins from vegetables that you need.

There's gotta be some kind of vegetables that you like. Even if you don't like veggies cooked one way, you may like em cooked another. Just search and search for different types of veggies and various veggie recipes. In the meantime, plug your nose while you eat em, you can barely taste em.

try different vegetables, and try putting a low-fat butter on them....the butter tastes good and will help the veggies to taste good too. you can also try dipping the veggies in ranch dressing (like they have in veggie trays). or try cooking carrots until they're soft, and then put brown sugar on them, so that the brown sugar melts on them and masks the taste a bit.

I am also trying to lose weight but I love veggies...
you may want to try to start in small portions...or tweak the taste a bit...
for example
you may want to add minced carrots and sayote to your burger patty
or
put cubed carrots, zucchini, and fresh tomatoes in your red pasta sauce
it would be better to have your veggies half-cooked as not to destroy all the nutrients in it plus it tastes better!
good luck!
