It really varies. To find out her biggest turn off, I'd suggest finding out what kind of a girl you have on your hands.
For example, if she's a glamour girl- probably bad hygene. If you come to work or school, smelling really bad of B.O. and look really sloppy, chances are, she's not going to be very happy.
Nature Girl- abusing the "environment" or something like that.
Just try talking to her. Just bring it up in a conversation and ask her straight up what it is. Another word for biggest turn off is "Pet Peeve". If she asks why, try to sound casual about it. Say something like
"Well, I just don't want to mess our relationship up." and flash her a big smile.
Be creative, Funny, and Witty.
If you're yourself, and she loves you for who you are, you should be just find!

Well, if were talking about physical attributes, im gonna have to say smell. Always smell clean, but not like you bathed in cologne. If its emotional issues your talking about, well, I dont even want to get into the thesis that would require. good luck with the girls. theyre all freaking nuts.
