If you can find a Nissan altima that's been taking care of, it should last awhile. I currently own one and also I've asked many other owners how their altimas are and all I get is positive remarks also most owners say that they are regretting the day they have to sell their altimas. I also can recommend other used cars how ever you didn't give too many details to what you want or need.
Matter of fact you're not technically asking a question its a statement.

your best bet is a local classified ad,who wants to deal with car salesmen.plus if your good at talking to people you can talk down prices.i found a 1998 ford tauras with 125,000 miles for $3000. after 45 minutes of talking i drove away in it for $1500, kelly blue book is almost $4000. I got a pretty good deal. your best bet is to not rush into anything and if you find something you really like and your there talking to the person act like it dosent matter if you get the car or not
