One woman i dated used the stuff. It didn't work. I told her she needed a prescription tranquilizer and a beta blocker. The tranquilizer might calm regular anxiety. The beta blocker stops the symptoms of a panic attack, like the rapid heart beat, breathing difficulty. I used to take Xanax or Klonopin. I still take Toprol XL a strong beta blocker.
