being an eager little puppy.
Tonight, he was on his cell phone in front of the store. I was getting into my truck. He threw up his arm to wave. I waved back, but just got in the truck! Then he turned left and walked in front of the store...away from me.
Did I do right? I don't interrupt ppl on the phone, but I also don't like to be the only one who makes the effort.
He acts like he likes me, but he doesn't make enough effort that way in my opinion!

If you really like the guy, go and make the first move. Since he was on his cell, it was good you didn't interrupt him. He may not even know you are interested in him..so that may be the reason why he's not making any effort. I say..go for it.. girls are always welcome to make the first move, it's not always the guys job!

well i have the same problem and i dont always wanna be the one who steps forward and make him proud but i think you can say by his behaviour if he is really into you or not, like if he stares at you alot or has you under his contorl, talk to him every now and then and ask him something and tell him to give you the answer another day, ask him to give you a cd or sth and then he will be the one who comes first do something that make him come and talk to you,and accept him with open arms even if you are behind the phone. and when you get closer you can wait for the shy guy to say something you like.
i guess these kind of men are tooooo shy or afriad of rejection!!??

He might be shy somewhat or maybe he is just kicking back to see if you going to make the first move. He life is short and if you like something go for it cause if you dont someone else will. This is 2007 and go for what you want.

Well if hes shy or something then your gonna have to make some moves if you like him. If you want a guy that is more willing to be the first to talk then maybe he isnt the guy for you.

some people are too shy to be too obvious. like me, there's this girl i REALLY like, but i can't get the guts to ask her out, because every time i do she looks at me like "Spit it out"...and i get toungue twisted...did you think that maybe HE isn't comfortable with being too obvious in making a move?
