how to cure severe toothache without visiting the dentist?

Well, the eventuallity is that you will need to go see a dentist sooner or later, but in the meantime you can do a few things to help.
First take ibuprofin, not tylenol, this will help reduce any swelling that may be causing most of the pain.
Second, apply pure clove oil with a cotton swab, your teeth are pourous and the oil manages to seep into the sore spot eventually.

Sorry for your pain, it is possibly the WORST pain ever.

It is unlikely that you will find a cure without going to the dentist. Cloves have traditionally been used to give temporary relief from the pain. Pharmacies have a small choice of preparations that provide temporary relief. CoQ10 helps keep the gums healthy, whether it can assist tooth pain I do not know, but doubt it. Good luck.

You might ease the pain by taking medication for severe period pain, from the chemist, but, if you have decay and nerve pain, you must visit the dentist. Be brave.
