i really do not know how to describe it but its like his rectum is coming out and he is wining and moaning in pain.

he has a hemmorhoid. Small intestine coming out of his ***. Try contacting the SPCA or an animal shelter. They can find a free vet or clinic for your situation. If all else fails, the best thing is to euthanize your pet.

get off the internet and make some phone calls until you find a vet that will do the operation on a payment plan so you can pay off in instalments. If you can't get someone (am sure you will) then I agree with the above. Have your poor boy put to sleep rather than suffer

have the surgery, this is your family member and he deserves to be treated as such!!! why would you even question it, if cost is an issue, check with your local rescuers and see if there is any funding available to help you
